Fourteen years ago, my journey at Nirmala High School began in U.K.G., when I was just a little child taking my first steps into the world of education. At that time, I never knew that the place I was entering would one day become such an important part of my life. From those early years to completing my Class 10th in the 2024–25 batch, Nirmala High School has been much more than just a school to me. It has been the place where I grew, learned, dreamed, and built my foundation. The journey I experienced at Nirmala High School is a journey of pleasure, a journey of discipline, a journey of dedication, a journey of positive behavior and many more.

Looking back, I realize that my school life was not only about studies and examinations. It was about morning assemblies, school functions, competitions, friendships, celebrations, little mistakes, achievements, and countless moments that slowly became memories. Every year brought something new, and every experience helped me become a better and more confident person.
One of the proudest chapters of my school journey was completing Class 10th with 97% marks and becoming the academic topper of my school. I was also fortunate to receive several trophies, certificates, and recognitions during my school years, including an academic topper recognition at the Jammu–Srinagar level. These achievements will always be special to me, not simply because of the awards themselves, but because they remind me of the hard work, encouragement and support that stood behind them.
Another experience that holds a special place in my heart is getting the opportunity to serve as the Head Boy of the school. It was a responsibility that taught me the true meaning of leadership. I learned that being a leader is not about a position or a title; it is about being responsible, setting an example, listening to others, and trying to make a positive difference.
I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my Principal and Vice Principal for their guidance and leadership. Their efforts have helped create an environment where students could learn, participate, discover their abilities, and aim higher. I will always be thankful for the opportunities and trust that the school gave me. I feel especially grateful for the teachers who guided me throughout these years. They taught me not only the subjects in our books but also the values that matter beyond the classroom—discipline, hard work, confidence, respect, and responsibility. Their encouragement and faith in me gave me the strength to keep improving. Even their corrections and scoldings, which sometimes felt difficult at the time, are memories I now remember with a smile.
Today, I have completed my Class 10th and moved ahead to pursue my further studies, beginning a new chapter of my life. I know that new places, new people, and new experiences are waiting for me. But wherever I go, I will never forget the place from where it all began. Nirmala High School gave me my base, my values, and the confidence to take my next steps. I may have passed out of Nirmala High School, but Nirmala will never pass out of my heart. The classrooms may become memories, the uniform may become a part of the past, and the years may move on—but the foundation this school gave me will always travel with me. Thank you, Nirmala High School, for being the place where my journey began. I will carry your name, your lessons, and your memories with me wherever life takes me.
